You and Hetty are infinitely funnier than Smith! I love Hetty’s recipes and can’t wait to get my hands on a copy of Linger -as well as gift it to others. I’m making the mushroom salad tonight! Thanks Emily! 🍄‍🟫🤎

Thanks to you and Hetty, I'm about to become someone who roasts grapes!

Hi, Hillary! Excellent news! I featured another roasted grape salad a few years ago, if you find that is something up your alley. I love them. Here is that one from the archive: https://emilyrnunn.substack.com/i/120777966/recipe-a-swinging-roasted-grape-salad-with-other-baubles

Perfect, thank you! This looks excellent. Right up my salad alley.

I read your reference to dim sum. Been enjoying it all over the country for the last six decades. Raw, lightly pickled cucumbers are on most dim sum carts and menus... and for me a great counterbalance to the rest of the menu.

Hi there, Debby! Thank you for reading The Department of Salad. That comment was not from me but from @hettymckinnon in her answers to the questionnaire.
