We're Hitting the Pause Button at the Department of Salad

HELLO, SALAD PEOPLE! 🥬 WE’RE GOING TO PUT THE SALAD SPINNER ON THE SHELF for 2 or 3 weeks, while we deal with some physical-plant, housekeeping, and business issues (and a little book project idea) that have been begging for our attention for some time.
We love doing this newsletter! Which is why we’re taking this time to make sure we have what we need to keep it going and growing well into the future—until the world runs out of olive oil and arugula or we die, whichever comes first.
In the meantime, the archive will always be available for you to browse.
And once again: All paid subscriptions will be extended by the number of weeks we’re “out of office.” Starting now.
